Apple Jelly Recipe 3
Ingredients:
20 pcs of large ripe apples (pippins); pare, core, chopped
Zests from 4 pcs of yellow lemon; grated
Lemon juice (from the grated 4 lemons)
Water
2 c of sugar loaf (for every 2 c of liquid)
Instructions:
Place apples inside a clean jar. Add lemon zests then cover them tightly. Place jar on a large pot with water. Let water boil until apples dissolve. Strain through the jelly bag then mix liquid with juice.
Measure the combined liquid then add sugar loaf; place inside (porcelain) kettle. When sugar has melted, place kettle above heat and let it boil; skim for every 20 mins until it thickens like a jelly. Place inside tumblers then cover with paper towels and a lid.

Apple Toast Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs of apples; peeled, cored, then sliced
2 Tbsps of butter
4 Tbsps of powdered sugar
2 Tbsps of water
2 or 3 bread slices (1/2 inch thick)
Instructions:
Place butter inside a saucepan then add apples, water, and sugar. Place saucepan above heat; stew it quickly then toss or gently stir for some minutes till tender. Toast the bread with melted butter on hot skillet till crisp.
Place onto a plate with applesauce. Serve at once.

Apple Jelly Recipe 2
Ingredients:
Apples; sliced
Water
2 c of sugar (for every 2 cups of liquid)
Half the juice of 1 lemon (for every 2 cups of liquid)
Instructions:
Place the apple slices inside a (porcelain) kettle then cover water. Cook gently till apples seem red then pour onto colander to drain its juice onto a jelly bag then return liquid onto a clean kettle. Boil for 30 mins.
Measure the liquid, add juice then sugar; let it boil for 10 mins.

Apple Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
Apples (juicy); peeled. cored, chopped
1 c of flour
6 Tbsps of nutter (or butter)
Castor sugar
Lemon Zest
Instructions:
Rub nutter into flour and add just enough amount of (cold) water, making a slightly-stiff paste. Once done, roll paste out into 1/4-inch thick. Grease sandwich pans and roll paste thinly then line on the pans.
Spread the apple above the lined paste and sprinkle zest and sugar. Cover the apples with very thin paste. Place inside the oven and bake, at about twenty mins.
Once done, carefully remove sandwich from the pan and let it cool before cutting to wedges. Drizzle sugar on cooled sandwiches then pile them onto a platter.

Apple And Brown-Bread Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of bread crumbs
2 c of apple; chopped
2/3 c of suet; finely chopped
1 c raisins
1 pc of egg
1 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 c milk
Instructions:
Combine crumbs, apples, suet, raisins, egg, flour, and salt inside a mixing bowl; mix thoroughly. Add the milk then stir thoroughly.
Transfer onto a greased mold then boil for 2 hrs. Serve warm with lemon-flavored sauce.

2 c of juice (lemon)

Boil (rinsed and cut) apples in water till tender. Pour onto a (jelly) bag then drain. Boil (loaf) sugar and lemon juice, skim carefully, for 2-3 hours.
