Apple Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
Apples (juicy); peeled. cored, chopped
1 c of flour
6 Tbsps of nutter (or butter)
Castor sugar
Lemon Zest
Instructions:
Rub nutter into flour and add just enough amount of (cold) water, making a slightly-stiff paste. Once done, roll paste out into 1/4-inch thick. Grease sandwich pans and roll paste thinly then line on the pans.
Spread the apple above the lined paste and sprinkle zest and sugar. Cover the apples with very thin paste. Place inside the oven and bake, at about twenty mins.
Once done, carefully remove sandwich from the pan and let it cool before cutting to wedges. Drizzle sugar on cooled sandwiches then pile them onto a platter.
