Apple Pudding Recipe 2

Ingredients:

6 pcs of baking apples; cored
2 Tbsps of refined sugar
1-1/2 c of whole milk
3 pcs of eggs
12 Tbsps of wholemeal (Allinson)
1 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
2 Tbsps of melted butter

Instructions:

Mix cinnamon with sugar; place onto the hollows of cored apple. Place apples onto buttered pie dish. Combine eggs, milk, wheatmeal, and butter; pour onto the dish with apples. Bake moderately for two hours.
