Apple Jelly Recipe 2
Ingredients:
Apples; sliced
Water
2 c of sugar (for every 2 cups of liquid)
Half the juice of 1 lemon (for every 2 cups of liquid)
Instructions:
Place the apple slices inside a (porcelain) kettle then cover water. Cook gently till apples seem red then pour onto colander to drain its juice onto a jelly bag then return liquid onto a clean kettle. Boil for 30 mins.
Measure the liquid, add juice then sugar; let it boil for 10 mins.
