Apple Custard Puddings Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c of apples; pared and quartered
1/2 c of water
1/2 c of sugar
2 Tbsps of butter
1 pc of lemon (juiced and zested)
2 c of grated breadcrumbs
2 Tbsps of flour
2 pcs of eggs (beaten well)
Instructions:
Place apples inside a (stew) pan then add water; cook till softened. Take out from heat then add sugar, butter, juice and zests; mix them well.
Add crumbs and flour; stir thoroughly then add eggs. Incorporate well.
Transfer onto a buttered pudding dish. bake moderately for 45 mins. Serve pudding with cream and sugar.
