Apple Custard Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
Apples (fairly sweet); pared and grated
For every 1/2 c of apples:
2 pcs of eggs; beaten well
2 Tbsps of sugar
1 Tbsp of melted butter
Juice of half the lemon
Lemon zest of 1 lemon
1/2 wine-glass of brandy
1/2 c of milk
Instructions:
Combine apples, eggs, sugar, butter, zests, juice, milk, and brandy; mix them well. Pour onto a pie plate (lined with paste). Place paste strip on its edges then bake for half an hour.
