1 Lovely Apple Crisp Recipe For Diabetics And Everyone
If you or anyone in your family is diabetic, there’s actually no cause for worry on what dessert you’ll be serving because there’s absolutely no need anymore to create 1 for diabetics and another for non-diabetics. I have this spectacular and delicious Apple-Crisp recipe which everyone will truly enjoy.
The lovely dessert won’t taste the same as those regular diabetic desserts so this will become a very welcome addition to the diabetics in your family.
Apple Dapple Crisp For Diabetics
Ingredients:
1/2 c of sugar (Splenda, Brown)
2 tbsps flour (all purpose)
1/2 tsp cinnamon; ground
4 c Rome apples; peels off and sliced thin
For topping:
1/2 c flour (all purpose)
1 1/4 c oats (quick-cooking)
1/4 c sugar (Splenda, brown)
3/4 c nuts; chopped
1/2 c melted butter
Oven should be preheated to around 350 deg. F. Lightly greast your 8 inch square pan for baking with some cooking spray then set it aside.
For making the filling, just mix together cinnamon, flour and Splenda sugar inside a big bowl then add in your apple slices and make sure that they’re well coated with everything. Pour this mixture on your prepared pan then set it aside as well.
For making the crumbly topping, mix nuts, Splenda, flour and oats inside another bowl then slowly add in the butter. This will result to a crumbly mixture. Spread this mixture on top of your apples mix that’s already inside the pan.
Bake in your oven for about 45 mins. at a heat of 350 deg. F or just until apples become bubbly then topping turns brown and golden. This pie is best served when its still a bit hot.

Don’t serve this amazing dessert right after eating a vegetarian or pasta meal & like any other dessert, moderation is key. Don’t eat too much! But otherwise, this yummy dessert is to be enjoyed by everyone.
This is a real treat because now you won’t need for yourself to be slaving over making 2 kinds of desserts because somebody in your guest list is diabetic. There’s not a need anymore. Just need lots of determination to create the dessert & lots of fun in making it too.
Making dessert should always be fun in the kitchen. The more fun you’ll have, the better tasting your dessert will be. Enjoy!
